    Bosnia could have easily beaten the greatest opponents in the group in the first game. But a string of inexplicable mistakes cost them the win. They need to make up for that today. In Sweden, we have seen all the typical characteristics of a team lead by Vujosevic. Three players grab rebounds in offense, there is great rotation in defense and the fact there are three very athletic players (Renfroe, Vrabac and Musa) helps in the back court. Vujosevic insists on even more balls going for the centers. Slovakia displayed their limitations in the first round and in preparation games. Armenia had a lead over 20 points at times, before that Slovakia lost to Hungary by 21 and 29. If we add the visiting qualification games to that, we have -28 to Georgia, -32 to Montenegro and -7 to Albania. Albania are, of course, not relevant because their quality is much better than quality of those teams. Coach Rudez has a limited roster. Renfroe and Vrabac will limit their American Jones and cause problems for Slovakia. To expect veteran Rancik to have 50 percent shooting from the three point range as a 5 is insane. I'm sure Vujosevic knows him too well to let him do that. There was a lot of tension on the Bosnian team given Vujosevic's decision not to use Igokea players. He's faced with a lot of criticism. I'm sure he will use this game to trash the opponents to respond to that criticism. Details

    Austria have definitely gained quality with Poeltl but there is still the problem of offense with them. Their only option there is going through tall players Poeltl and Mahalbasic. The back court is not very good even for opponents of this level. I will only mention the preparation games as they are not relevant: Bulgaria 91-84, 66-80 and Gerogia 87-77. Both of those teams are fast-paced and cannot be compared to the Netherlands. Kosovo are closer to them. Austria beat them 74-79. Last year in qualifiers, Austria hit only 59 points home against Germany and 61 against the Dutch. Those are games relevant for the one today. We need to note that Austria won the second leg in the Netherlands 75-72 but Austria hit over 60% two-pointers and 50% from the three point range. Those are the kind of numbers one does not get every day. The Netherlands have been doing great in defense for a few years now. This summer, they managed to keep the opponents under 70 points in preparation games. Last year in qualifiers, they beat Austria and Germany on account of good defense. The fact Norel is back on the team today is important. Besides him, there are other tall players on the team who guarantee rebound control and neutralization of Austria's top players Poeltl and Mahalbasic. I don't see a way for Austria's back court to create something. I think the home team will be at some 60 points today, which makes this margin worth going for. Details

    Schaffhausen seem powerful even with a new team. The two previous games of the new championship are the proof for that. Even though they changed a lot on the team, there were no problems against Jon (6-0) and Wohlen (4-1).
    Schaffhausen's record home is 8/10 since Yakin got on the team. Half of those 8 wins covered this margin. Against Chiasso, since Yakin is on the team, they have two convincing wins (6-0 away and 5-0 home). Chiasso have made drastic changes to the team. Not many players stayed and they also changed the coach. The goal is to stay in this league. They have one point from the visit to Geneva from the first two rounds. They lost to Xamax as expected in the previous round. Before the season, Xamax were one of the main contenders for the title alongside Schaffhausen.
    The home team might be without Mikari and Gul today but they didn't play against Wohlen either. Chiasso are without forward Soumah, who is suspended.
    Schaffhausen seem even better with the new team and we are expected to see them win easily and convincingly once again. Details

    Pre-season game at De Treffers. Oss were the most efficient team in the Dutch second division with 4.26 goals per game last season, they were at at least 3+ goals in 31/38 games, 21/38 at 4+ goals, no games under two goals. They made some changes to their roster, but their playing style remained the same, which was evident in all of their pre-season games so far (all five at at least 4 goals).
    On the other side we have De Treffers who were 4th in the Dutch third division, their average was 3.68 goals (6th in the league). 26/34 were at 3+ goals, 21/34 at 4+, they also made some roster changes, and lost their top scorer Mutzers (17 goals), but acquired some acquisitions and with the same coach at their helm (Oss' former coach), their style shouldn't change much. So far in the pre-season they faced PSV (lost 0-4, PSV between two games against Osijek), a few days ago at home defeated lower division side 3-1.
    These two teams played a friendly match in January, and De Treffers won 4-1, I expect a lot of goals today as well. Details
