    I this game I would bet on the under of 148.5 points. I think this margin is missed, especially from the Dutch point of view. Netherlands are a great defensive team, whose complete philosophy is based on strong defense. The Dutch, on average, play games at 127.9 points and their current generation never played a game at over 148.5 points (in 18 games). On the other side, Finland, against relevant opponents in this championship (Poland, Hungary, even though they are not as good defensively as Netherlands) played two big unders (129 and 134 points). The in the preparation Finland played 3 unders (139, 135 and 144 against Great Britain, Sweden and Iceland). Both teams will be motivated today, they both should have been in the quarter final so they will go for the win today to reach the 9th position.     I bet on the overall under of 140.5 points in this game. Slovakia have not been efficient this year, they scored 58 on average in preparation, and their most efficient game was against Hungary where they scored 67 points. They scored 48 and 49 against the Czech Republic, 60 and 61 against Poland, and 67 and 63 against Hungary.
    Hungary are missing their top player, Ihring, who was their top scorer and assistant in the team two years ago. Slovakia are also missing their 4th top scorer from the mentioned tournament, Kuzmiak.
    Azerbaijan scored 56 against Russia yesterday, but even though the Russians are defensively better than Slovakia, I don't see Azerbaijan going over 70 points. They basically played with 6 players yesterday, and they will not rush anything today.
    This is an important game for both teams, since they are weaker in their group, and their only chance for the win is in this game.

    I expect the Slovaks to win this easily by more than 30 points. What seems to be the safest option here is Slovakia going over the 16,5 handicap in the first half. Slovakia played two test games against Ireland, who can be compared to Iceland quality-wise. They recorded two convincing wins in them (by 39 and 40 points).
    Looking at first halves, Slovakia had a 30-point lead against Ireland in the first game and a 36-point lead in the second. Ireland is comparable with Iceland because of the U18 EC Division B from two years ago when Iceland finished in 17th and Ireland 18th. Iceland won the h2h game there 71-65. Iceland today cannot count on their top two players from that game.

    Iceland lost to Greece by 30 points yesterday after being 18 points down at half time. Slovakia are more efficient and better than the Greeks and can definitely do better than that. Also, they play Greece at 3 pm tomorrow and I think they will try and settle this as early on as possibly to save energy. Slovakia are bursting with confidence and Iceland cannot stand up to them. That is why Slovakia will be dominant here and go over the 16,5 handicap. Details
