    I expected higher handicap on Kristiansand in this game, these three goal difference is a consequence of their defeats to Glassverket and Larvik. But I will start with Sola.
    Sola have definitely improved from last season when they had 12 points after 22 games. Things are looking good, but they are still a team for the bottom half of the league table and they will have to work hard for play-off. They won three games so far, against Gjerpen, Halden and Tertnes, and took a point against Raellingen. They lost to favorites by 10, 11, 5, 6, 9 and by 11 goals in their first head-to-head. At home they lost by 10 to Byasen, by 5 to Storhama and by 9 to Glassverket at home.
    Kristiansand talked about the title ahead of the season, but they are far from that, but they could win a medal, and they will fight for silver against Glassverker, Byasen and Storhamar. So far they fulfilled the expectations. Their only slip up was against Stabaek, they lost to Glass, who is close to them in quality, and they provided decent resistance against Larvik in the second half. As far as the games they have won are concerned, they were under this margin only against defensive teams of Byasen and Tertnes. More importantly, they have the tendency to demolish their opponents, they play counterattacks and fast pace, so they don't usually defend a result. As far as their head-to-heads are concerned, last season they were at 13 and 14 goals difference, Sola surprised the the season before that, but the Vipers fought back with +17. Every game the Kristiansand won, they won over this margin.
    In favor of the bet is the fact that the away team had a week to prepare for this game, The difference between second placed Glass and fifth placed Storhamar is only three points, so they have to win both points here. Sola had only three days to prepare and rest so that's another downside for them.
    The conclusion is that Kristiansand are a better team, Sola also improved, but if they play as they usually do away, then this should be over 5 goal difference. Another good option is halftime handicap, considering live, but with respect to Sola's half against Larvik, the overall handicap is a better option. Details

    I was very surprised by the 1.44 at Braga (I expected the realistic 1.20-1.25) as well as the handicap at 2.5 and I simply have to use it. Braga are in excellent shape, they're on an 8-championship game winning run, and each next win is very important in the battle for the best placement before the playoffs, so their motive shouldn't be doubted. At home their record is 6-0-2, they lost to Sporting and Porto, and the five out of six wins came with a double-digit difference, plus the one of +6 over Fafeo. It's worth mentioning the +10 over Avanc who are quality-wise on the rank of Madeira.

    Madeira's away record this season is 6-0-4, but no win came against a team similar to Braga. They lost with -3 to Maia, and then we have the three important away losses. Against Aquas, who are equal to them, they were at -5, against Benfica -7, Sporting -8. Both teams are in Braga's rank. Madeira do have the quality, but they're lacking for the leading four (Porto, Sporting, Braga, Benfica), and I will show that by comparing the results of this and last season (of course, the more important ones are Madeira's away matches in which they're a bit weaker than when they're at home).

    This season Madeira has -3 at home against Poto (30-33) when Porto solved the game early and rested afterwards because that weekend they had an important game against Bregenza. The season before that in away games they have two defeats of -6 (29-23) and -8 (27-19). With Benfica this season at home they remained at -3 (27-30), and in away games they have the mentioned -7 (27-20). The season before that they have -10 (40-30) and -6 (29-23). They lost to Sporting this season in an away game with -8 (34-26), last season they won with 29-28. That's the only result which doesn't favor this bet, but when I mention that for Sporting last season Ruesga, Bozovic, Nikcevic, Kopco, Asanin, Zabic and co. didn't play, then it's clear that the game isn't relevant. In the end, this season they lost to Braga at home with -6 (30-36). In an away game last season -8 (35-27) and -3 (29-26).

    It's clear that Madeira can't stand up to the best. Braga completed their roster, injured players returned and there's no doubt that they're the bigger favorites than the booking houses are trying to show. For me there's no doubt, Braga can win with at least +5 and I expect that to happen. Everything else would be a surprise. In the end I'll just mention that in head-to-heads Braga have seven wins at home in a row, out of which six are well over this very low handicap. The last one ended with 35-27, I think it's going to be similar today. Details

    New selector Andresson set up Sweden in a great way, they are perhaps the mos pleasant surprise here. Since he took over, they have only 1 defeat, to Denmark, when Landin made 23 saves, but Sweden was even with them until the end. They won all other games, and results by halftime were: Montenegro 14-9, Slovakia 15-8, Norway 20-14 and 15-13, Chile 18-10, Bahrein 17-5, Argentina 16-11, Qatar 19-12, Egypt 15-9. So only Norway were down by 2, in all other games Sweden were in the lead by 5 or over at halftime, and we should especially point out the first game against Norway, Qatar and Egypt.
    Belarus defeated rather indifferent Hungary in the last game under rather strange circumstances. Another minus is the first half against Germany when they scored 16 goals. When Germany got more serious in the second half, they were quickly in the lead by 6. Croatia covered this handicap without Duvnjak in the first 40 minutes, and in the other two games, Belarus lost to Chile and struggled against Saudi Arabia. Before the championship, they lost their chances against Russia three times, lost to Latvia, and defeated Egypt, but Sweden were in the lead by 12 in the 40th minute against Egypt.
    If we look at the match-up, Swedish defense seems impressive and I doubt Belarus will get much chances. On the other side, Belarus are soft, in the first half they conceded over 15 goals, only 12 in the first game. Sweden scored at least 33 in all their wins here, they were limited to 25 against Denmark. This is the knock-out stage and Sweden will give their max. It all depends on them here, if they continue playing like they did so far, Belarus cannot compete against that, so there should be no dilemma in my opinion. Details
