This is a match played for satisfaction and for those who "read" the history of the German cup in which is will say that one of these teams in the final tournament in Hamburg 2015 won the third place. Fuchse were an outsider considering the rest three teams. In yesterday's semi-finals they managed good 25 minutes while Buxtehude ruled the rest of the match. They conceded 34 goals in the semi-finals in which they were supposed to be on a higher level in the defense. In today's match with no pressure we should expect at least 30 conceded goals from the current champions Thuringer. This season they lost twice against their opponents; 31-22 at the start of the season and 41-28 during February this year. Thuringer "unexpectedly" got knocked out in yesterday's semi-finals against Oldenburg after doing penalty-shots. In regular part it was 24-24. We've seen "terrible" defenses in the first part of this match and only 16 goals, but also 32 goals in the second part which goes with both teams' capacities. A lot of tension and 16 penalty shots in the regular part, a lot of time lost... Today we have a match which won't have competitor's tension, in which there will surely be rotations, and this goes for Thuringer who will go on an away match on Tuesday to Goppingen where winning and two points surely bring them the title of the German champions, and who will find it important to have their whole team healthy and at the disposal for a far more important match than this one. The "deep" over on the last match is also something to look after, considering today's limit.
