Canarias are entering their third season among the elite, and beat Sevilla in three of the four matches played in the previous two. I believe they have a great shot at winning this one as well, as their team was kept together and all the main players are here, including shooter Richotti, Blanco, Rosto, Lampropoulos, and Sikma, while they pulled a great move by bringing back center Sekulić, whom they won the King's Cup last season. This setup proved to be doing great during preparations, I expect this to be confirmed tonight. Sevilla reconstructed their team, brought the great Aito Garcia, an American coach, which surprised many, as the man isn't even licenced for the ACB league. A much bigger problem is the fact that their first point guard arrived only recently, has not played a single game of the preparation period, and it remains to be seen how he reacts. Although he has quality, Pullen will take time. They have an incredibly young inner lineup, after losing a bunch of players from their starting five (Satoransky, Bamforth, Mata, Landry...). I expect this to be a close match, and there is simply no logical reason to favor the team who barely managed to beat Benfica in preparations to such an extent.
