Sete's winning streak interrupted, and they're up for a tough trial in Paris

Paris won against Fenerbache with 3-1 and came back into the game for the Playoff 12. So far they had problems after the Champions League, but they always came back after defeats

Paris beat Fenerbache 3-1 in the fourth round of the Champions League to get back into the game for the Playoff 12. It was a rhapsody of the French team who "drove crazy" the Turkish stars with their excellent defense. They completely earned their first win in the most elite European competition.

They have a new challenge in front of them: A League is in motion and it's no secret that the championship is their priority. They're in a four-win streak which means they're close to leading Cannes, but also far in front of their follow ups.

- Winning against Fenerbache is a big thing and I'm sure it will reflect positively on the team and the next match of the A League. We're hosting Sete on Saturday and we won't have much time to rest, but mentally we're stronger than we were after former Champion League matches - said coach Rougeyron.

Gjorgi's most efficient player of the league with 244 points, Bojic, is getting better and better, and Kreek proved to be one of the key players. The Parisians won the last three hoe matches against Sete, and if they won this one they would keep a nice advantage over Ajaccio and Sete.

Sete's winning streak lasted for six matches, and then it stopped with a home defeat against Beauvais. It was Sete's first home defeat of the season Still, we can't say they played badly, the fifth set is always lottery, but coach Duflos wasn't pleased:

- We missed too much during the first four sets. There were a lot of misjudged estimations, Beauvais used each of our mistakes and that's why the score is like it is.

- Raic was again Sete's best player with 25 points. Pupart added 11, and middle blocker Koelewijn 12.

They're up for a tough challenge in Paris, but Sete have shown us that they can take up anyone this season. For a good score they will need better receiver efficiency who didn't do well against Beauvais, and both stayed below 40%.

- Paris are a team who have all the rights to aim for the title, but if we play the way we know, anything is possible. We're in it hard, but this is a third match for Paris in only a week. We can't take that fact as a guarantee of our success, but we can't deny it either - concluded Duflos.
