Best start to the season for Dimitrov

He won two titles and almost reached Austarlian Open finals. Zverev beat Murray in Melbourne but he lost his serve three times last week to De Schepper, whose return is not that good

He's been very convincing so far this season. After winning Brisbane, he played AO semis and had a chance to beat Nadal. He then played home in Sofia and managed to get his second title in 2017 in Sofia. After dodging a bullet in the first round against Janowicz, who nearly knocked him out, Dimitrov was convincing until the end. Not even Goffin could get in the way as Dimitrov beat him too, even though he failed to finish things easily at 5-1 and 40-00 in the second set. 

- David is an extremely good player. I had to focus on every point and every game. The way we played was unbelievable. I will have a lot of battles with this boy in the future. It was an emotional week, maybe the most emotional for me. I lost the lead but I displayed mental power in the end - the Bulgarian said.

Dimitrov is 14-1 this season and headed into a Top 10 comeback. His game is good enough for it. 

Zverev

He is in a battle for Top 30. One of the reasons for that is his performance at Australian Open this season. He managed to reach QFs there and beat Andy Murray. It was one of the two greatest surprises in Melbourne but it seems to have spent all of his energy. Zverev did badly in Davis Cup against Bemelman and he didn't do great last week in Montpellier either. De Schepper broke him three times, which is unacceptable given the Frenchman's return and the conditions the match was played in. 

Zverev made amends in doubles with his brother but he did disappointingly in singles. He was far from the kind of a game he put up against Murray.

When it comes to his meetings with Top 15 players, he is 3-3 the last two seasons. 

Dimitrov and Zverev have never played before.
