These two teams are old acquaintances since this is their 6th meeting in the last year. They played at 220 points in World League, 184 and 203 at EC qualifiers, at 200 and 139 before that in World League. The average is those games was 189 points and without the one under, the average is 201 points. We cannot just ignore that. Turkey are an over team, they have 7 overs in 9 matches (one at 180 with China in straight sets!) in World League, 5-for-6 in preparation games. The Dutch, however, mostly record unders. 4-for-11 in World League isn't that important but they had a better schedule than Turkey and weaker and less motivated opponents at the last tournament where they recorded 3 unders. They went on the same way in preparation matches. They recorded just one over in 5 games with Spain and Estonia, both of whom are weaker than Turkey. The unders with Italy have nothing to do with this. Their results in preparation matches and Woeld league are less important than the aforementioned h2h. An extra reason for this tip is the importance of this game. The winning team will basically secure the next round and both teams will try their absolute best. I expect this at 184-185 points at least.
