The Clippers said Blake Griffin is to make a comeback today. He missed the last 18 games after a knee surgery and is now allegedly fully fit

After being ridiculed for years, the 76ers finally got their 5 minutes in the spotlight. It's a shame that the person who created this roster, Sam Hinkie, isn't there anymore. The Sixers won 8 out of 10 games before losing to the Hawks 110-93 on Saturday. We do need to take into consideration the fact they had a tough meeting with the Blazers the day before and that Embiid wasn't there. 

- We lacked energy. I think the other five struggled. The activity and energy of the other five wasn't at the level from previous games - coach Brett Brown said.

As it normally is when Embid is not there, Ersan Ilyasova took responsibility and hit 21 points. Covington and Okafor followed suit with 15 and 12 points respectively. 

The Sixers will be without their most dangerous players today as well. He will be sidelined for at least two games with a knee injury and the rest of the team will have to make up for his 19,8 points and 7,8 rebounds. 

- We will be without him on Tuesday and Wednesday and we'll see for later on - coach Brown said.

According to Wojnarowski, the 76ers's center should be back on Friday. That game will be on national television, which is another good reason for the team to rest him for it. Okafor, who is also dealing with some knee problems, is to start today. 

The Los Angeles Clippers will be at the Wells Fargo Center today. They weren't lucky when it comes to injuries this season, which is why it's even more impressive to see them around spot 4. They ended the 2-game losing run last night when they won in Atlanta 115-105. Austin Rivers did best with 27 points, while Crawford added 19 to prove he is slowly getting out of crisis. 

- I said to myself that I need to change the narrative - Crawford said. He went 7-for-41 in the 4 previous games.

The Clippers said Blake Griffin will be back today. He missed the last 18 games and is now allegedly fully fit and ready to play as much as necessary. He is therefore expected to lead the offensive end, especially until Paul is back. Griffin's average in 26 games of this season is 21,2 points and 8,8 rebounds. His comeback will affect Felton, Rivers and Jordan's minutes.
