The Hungarian champions Gyor and the Slovenian champions went to Ukraine in very different moods. Gyor have acquired some players compared to last season, they have a lot of good-quality Spaniards, while their opponents from Maribor lost some players. Simeunovic has retired and the team failed to find good replacements for him. That is why coach Dzafic left the team and Grdovic took over.
