I'm not sure the bookmakers looking at the right games when setting this margin. Kalev have unders in 9 out of 13 VTB league games, including the last 5. Their 4 overs so far are Zenit 162, Novgorod 183, UNICS 195, and Enisej away at 189. None of those games is relevant for this one. All of those are very offense-oriented team and Kalev struggle with a lot of offensive problems lately. They hit 63, 77, 66, 64 and 56 in the last 5 and have mostly recorded blowout losses.
Looking at their relevant results, we see Astana 84-67 home, Minsk 77-77 home, Riga 66-78 away, Parma 86-72 away.
Parma are a more stable team than they were at the start and they are expected to put up a good fight. Their last games are overs but against Zenit, UNICS, Novgorod and Saratov, which has nothing to do with this. They are 155 against Riga, 147 Astana, 128 Minsk, 160 Enisek, 158 Khimki in a blowout.
Kalev have unders in 4 home games, including Kuban, CSKA and Khimki and I think that Parma will put up a good fight, which is why this margin pays off.
