Hagen were trashed in Ulm last weekend. I expected them to lose easily but not by 52 points. Once again we saw that Hagen were not at last season's level. They have huge defense problems (allow 94 points, more than any other team int e league). They never beat Bayern and have lost easily even back when they were much better. The Bavarians have secure the Eurocup Top 16 and they haven't gone back to Munich. They stayed in Spainto prepare for Hagen in peace. All the players did the last practice, even Lucic, who struggled with an injury.
I don't see Hagen staying up to them for a longer period of time. They played teams in spot 8-16 in the table home so far and lost most of those games. They lost to Tubingen by 22 in the last home game (by 11 at half time), to Giessen by 19 (14), to Jena by 13 (19) and to Wurzburg by 10 and Gottingen by 9. They left a better impression in those games. But they have not yet faced a team like Bayern home. Hagen are by far the weakest team Bayern will play away. We have to use this situation at Hagen, who don't seem like a top league team.
