Real are a big favorite of this tournament

An old and slow defense in Cruz Azul could have big problems in stopping the thunderous Galacticos

From game to game, we only sing praise about the Real Madrid team, and no surprise when Carlo Ancelotti's team have 20 wins in a row right now. Their last win was in the championship against the immature Almeria, and since Barcelona and Atletico gambled away their points later on, Real only confirmed their position of the leader in the championship, so they're completely calm before tonight's duel.

How calm they are is obvious from their coach's words:

- We had most problems upon arriving to Morocco, and adjusting to this competition. Luckily, the field is good, and I think everything will be fine in the end.

He was realistic when judging his team's chances on this competition: 

- Yes, we're probably above everyone else when it comes to quality, but you should consider that all the clubs here won titles, and that causes certain respect. It's really hard to even get here, so we have to be careful because every team have got the quality. 

He doesn't know too much about Cruz Azul, so he offered a few general phrases: 

- They're a good team with decent game and experienced players. I know a few players who played in Spain in their time, but that's also why they know us, and that will be a certain advantage of theirs.

Real are still without James Rodriguez, Luka Modrić and Sami Khedir. They're big absences, but Real crush everyone even without those three.

The Mexicans' way to the semifinals was a lot harder than they expected. In almost irregular conditions, on the field that was flooded in Rabat, they needed a lot of help from the Ivory Coast referee Doue to win 3-1 after the overtime. They scored two goals from the white spot, and the Wanderers ended the game with nine players. 

They'll have a great field in Marrakech, but it would have probably suited them better if they stayed where they were. The old and slow defense could have lots of problems trying to stop the fast Galacticos.

- It'll be a big experience. We're aware that Real are the favorites, not just against us, but also to win the tournament, but surprises happen. We believe in our qualities - coach Tena stated. He took his players from Mexico to Madrid first, for a tour around Bernabeu, and only then took them to Morocco. 

- We'll have to be focused and really efficient. We can threaten them, we've got fast wings and their defense stays really tall, but a lot of things would have to coincide for the win - the forward Pavone pointed out.
