Tarnobrzeg didn't learn anything from the last seasons. They assembled the team in the last minute again. The recipe is similar to the one before. Lots of inexperienced Polish players and a few Americans who don't feel like playing defense. You could see it in the pre-season when they lost 75-91 to the second league club Lublin, and against Rosa by 40 at home, the second league club Krosno defeated them 95-77... In the first round against Polpharma, also not known for being a good team, they conceded 89 points and lost by the double digit difference. Turow defeated them three times last season, every time with a difference over 21 points, and this season, the difference between these clubs is even greater. Turow are a new Euroleague club, they have a wider roster as shown in the preseason when they defeated clubs like Alba, Sassari, or Gravelines. They defeated the strong Slask by +15 in the Supercup, and easily outplayed Slups at the beginning of the championship.
